Responsible play: set the limit before the first die.
Real-money gaming involves financial risk. The Ludotoday editorial desk does not recommend staking more than you can lose in a week. The tools below are the cheapest guard you have, and they are already inside the apps.

01 · Lede
Five controls every player should set
- Daily deposit cap. The number you can deposit in 24 hours. Set it inside the responsible-play settings of the app before your first stake. Lower the cap rather than raise it; you can always change it later.
- Session time limit. Most apps log you out after a session time of your choice. Sixty minutes is a sensible default for a first session.
- Loss limit. A net-loss number for the day. When the limit is hit, the app stops accepting stakes until the day resets.
- Cool-off period. A 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day self-imposed break. The cool-off is a real block, not a nudge. Use it after a bad run.
- Self-exclusion. A longer block, typically six months. Once set, self-exclusion cannot be reversed early on most platforms. Read the rule before you commit.
