Chapter 07 · Customer care
Ludo customer care: support channels, response times, KYC escalation.
Customer care on real-money ludo apps is split between in-app chat, email and a grievance officer window. The fastest channel is in-app chat; the most legally binding is the grievance officer.

Why the grievance officer window matters
The grievance officer is the legal escalation
Under MeitY / PROG Act 2025, every real-money app must publish a grievance officer contact and respond within 15 days. If the in-app chat is stuck, the grievance officer is the next step.
Save the grievance officer email and the SR (support request) number from each chat. Without the SR number, the officer cannot pull the ticket.
KYC and withdrawal disputes need the desk
A frozen KYC or a delayed withdrawal is not usually resolved by the in-app chat. The wallet desk and the grievance officer are the working channels.
When the chat cannot resolve the issue in 48 hours, ask the agent to escalate to the wallet desk. If the wallet desk does not respond, write to the grievance officer with the SR number.

Where this comes from
Response times and escalation paths were drawn from three Indian apps' support pages as of August 2026, plus the MeitY / PROG Act 2025 notification on grievance officer obligations. The 15-day window is statutory; the in-app chat response time is the platform's own commitment. Read the card before you stake.
